1. Independent contractor
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative with authority to bind PITT1FT9 LLC d/b/a GoLiveLabs.co ("GoLiveLabs"). You control your own schedule, methods, and expenses. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
2. What you do
You introduce local service businesses to their prebuilt GoLiveLabs preview website and share your personal claim link. The business owner always enters their own payment information directly with Stripe. You never collect, handle, or store customer payment details.
3. Commission
When a business you referred subscribes and pays, you earn 50% of the net subscription revenue we actually collect from that account — net of payment processing fees, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks — for as long as that account remains active and in good standing. Commission is calculated per paid invoice. We pay nothing on amounts that are refunded, disputed, or never collected.
4. Attribution
Credit for an account is determined solely by the GoLiveLabs promotion code applied at checkout. If your code is not applied to a subscription, no commission is created for you on that subscription. A given business can be credited to only one partner.
5. Payouts, holdback & vesting
Payouts are calculated weekly for collected commissions. A portion of each payout (the holdback) is reserved and released after your commissions vest, twelve (12) months after you join. If you are terminated for cause or become inactive before your vesting date, unpaid and reserved amounts may be voided and previously paid amounts may be subject to clawback review. After your vesting date, no clawback applies.
6. Conduct
You agree to represent the preview sites and pricing honestly, use only GoLiveLabs-approved scripts and materials, and follow all applicable laws. No bulk or automated texting, no purchased or scraped contact lists, no spam, no robocalls, no false or misleading claims, and no impersonation of GoLiveLabs staff. Violations are grounds for immediate termination.
7. No income guarantee
GoLiveLabs makes no promise or guarantee of any income, earnings, or results. What you earn depends entirely on your own effort. There is no fee to join and no purchase required.
8. Term & termination
Either party may end this relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of this agreement. Sections 3–5 govern what happens to commissions on termination.
